What i find interesting is most Christians would agree and believe Christ is the word(John 1:1) but when you reveal in the scriptures like this Brother did, that the Son speaks in behalf of his Father; verses like this: Isaiah 43:3 & 11 KJV “For I am the LORD thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee. [11] I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour.” They have a hard time accepting this is referring to the Father not Christ though Christ is a Saviour. God does all things by and thru his Son , Notice: John 3:17 KJV “For GOD sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world THROUGH HIM might be saved.” Romans 6:23 KJV
“For the wages of sin is death; but the GIFT OF GOD is eternal life THROUGH JESUS CHRIST our Lord.” God saves us and gives us Eternal Life both by his. Son

    Lovely study
Could you go a bit further into your last bible quote Isaiah 63:10 - 14
As I’m assuming in verse 11 it’s saying that His Holy Spirit is Christ Jesus presence within Moses?

    • @seekertruth3577

*@lightbwo:* - *The phrase “holy spirit” only occurs three times in the Hebrew Bible. [Found once in Psalm 51:11 and twice in Isaiah 63:10,11].* - *Although, the term ‘spirit’ in the Hebrew Scriptures, in reference to ‘God's spirit’, does occur more times.*
*The Phrase Holy Spirit is used 7 times - *4 times in the NT and 3 times in the OT.* -- *The Phrase Holy Ghost is used 90 times. *All 90* appears in the NT.* -- Spirit of God is used 26 times. *12 times in the NT and 14 times in the OT.* -- Spirit of the Lord, 31 times. *5 in the NT and 26 in the OT.* --
*The Spirit, 275* - *164 in the NT and 110 in the OT.*
*Spirit [Hebrew πνεῦμα pneuma]:* *Hebrew Strong’s H7307 and Greek equivalent Strongs G4151.* - *Part of Speech:* - *Noun Neuter*
*Holy ἅγιος - Greek hagios* Strong’s #G40 - *Part of Speech:* - *Adjective*
*Paul says,* - *‘But the *manifestation of the Spirit* is given to every man to profit withal.’* 1 Corinthians 12:7
*In its article about the Holy Spirit,* - *The Anchor Bible Dictionary* describes it as the “manifestation of divine presence and power perceptible especially in prophetic inspiration” *(Vol. 3, 1992, p. 260).* See 1 Cor. 12:7 The word “manifestation” is a good translation of the Greek word phanerosis, which means “a manifestation, a making visible or observable.” Holy Spirit is the non-tangible presence and power of God or God's Transforming Power.
*A simple Google search describes spirit as:* - *the non-physical part of a person which is the seat of emotions and character; the soul.*
The American Heritage Dictionary describes spirit as: The part of a human associated with the mind, will, and feelings.
*John 14:23 says,* - *“WE will come unto him and make our abode with him.”* - *That is, both the Father and the Son through the Holy Spirit.* - *This is not a separate person of the Godhead who is being sent, it is the very life of God coming to us through His Son Jesus Christ.*
*In fact,* Jesus came back as early as the day of His resurrection and appeared in ANOTHER FORM to two of His disciples on the road to Emmaus, and they did not recognize Him until supper time Mark 16:12 reads *”After that *he appeared in ANOTHER FORM unto two of them,* as they walked, and went into the country.” - *[This is pivotal - this verse confirms that JESUS HIMSELF appeared to disciples in ANOTHER form. This shows that Jesus could state the Comforter would be 'another', yet HIMSELF.* see John 14:16-17 *'I WILL NOT LEAVE YOU COMFORTLESS. I WILL COME TO YOU'.*
*Question:* - *Who is that Spirit according to Paul?* - ‘Now *the Lord is that Spirit…’* 2 Corinthians 3:17
      *Who is the Lord?* “… *”Jesus is Lord”* Romans 10:9 cf., 1 Cor. 8:6; 1 Cor 12:3; 1 Pt 3:15; 2 Cor 13:14; Jn 20:28.
*NB! In Ephesians 1:13 & **4:30** and 1 Thessalonians 4:8 “holy” [holy Spirit] the translators chose to render πνεῦμα* [Strong’s G4151 πνεῦμα - pneuma] to ἅγιος [Strong’s G40 ἅγιος - hagios] *in this verse as “holy Spirit” with a lower case “holy,” even though this exact Greek phrase is used 18 other times in the NT and was always translated “the Holy Ghost.”*
*This verse demonstrates that the phrase “Holy Ghost” is NOT a name of a person, but a description of the Spirit of God.* - *Nonetheless, the English word “Ghost” is a poor translation of the Greek word πνεῦμα. “Spirit” is a much better translation that avoids the unbiblical idea of a disembodied ghost of a dead person.*
*While Scripture uses the idiom “Spirit of God,” it never uses the phrase “God the Spirit” as its meaning is incorrect.* - *The rules of grammar tell us that the phrase “God the Spirit” means it is a Spirit that is a God, while the “Spirit of God” means this is the Spirit that belongs to God.* - *As you can see, they have different meanings and only one can be correct. Only the one that is found in the Bible is correct.*
*The prophet Isaiah penned these words* ‘But they rebelled, and vexed his [God’s] holy Spirit: therefore he was turned to be their enemy, and he fought against them. Then he remembered the days of old, Moses, and his people, saying, Where is he that brought them up out of the sea with the shepherd of his flock? where is he that put his holy Spirit within him?’ Isaiah 63:11
*We can see from the above that the Holy Spirit is sent, given and taken away. We can also see that He ‘belongs’ to God [his holy Spirit].*
*Paul also said,* - *‘But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that THE SPIRIT OF GOD DWELL IN YOU. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.’ Romans 8:9
*The apostle Paul also said:* - *‘But if the Spirit of him [the Father] that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.’* Romans 8:11
*Note here who it is said that raised Jesus from the grave. It was the Father [see also Galatians 1:1]. Note also that Christians will be raised to life by the Spirit of God dwelling within them.*
*Paul also wrote:* - *‘But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.’* 1 Corinthians 2:9-11
*We can see from the above that the Holy Spirit ‘belongs’ to God [it is God’s Spirit] and is used by Him to be given and taken -etc].*
*It is surely very interesting that in each of Paul’s introductions to his letters, he only says ‘from God the Father and from Jesus Christ’ [or words that are very similar]. Never does he say ‘from the Holy Spirit’. For this there must be a very good reason.*
*There are instances in English translations of the Bible where the pronouns ‘He’ and ‘His’ are used to refer to the Holy Spirit,* - *this is a matter of grammar and translation, not of biblical teaching.*
*The translators of the King James Bible carried this grammatical arrangement over into the English in a number of places, such as John 14:16.* - *Thus, in the English translation, the Holy Spirit is referred to as ‘He.’* - *However, this is no more evidence that the Holy Spirit is a person than the use, in Spanish, of the feminine pronoun ella [she] to refer to a door is evidence that a door is a female person.* - *As mentioned, these are matters of grammar and translation, NOT of biblical theology.*
*We can clearly see that it is impossible for God to be anything but a physical being, also possessing a Spirit which is HOLY.* - *The difference with God is that He is able to send His divine Spirit to influence us toward righteousness and salvation.* - *The Father and Son are two divine beings and they can do things that humans cannot do.* - *They can leave their bodies in one place [the Heavenly Sanctuary], and also be omnipresent in every place throughout the universe at the same time by their Holy Spirit, the grammatical third person of the Godhead.* - *This is the way they can then enter the hearts of a repentant believer.*
*The Holy Spirit is the very life of God coming from the Father and shared by the Son.* - *It is the personal presence of the Father and the Son given to us.* - *Those who partake of this divine presence and power within, the life of God, and allow Him to transform their characters into the likeness of His Son.*
*The Spirit of Christ can function independently of Himself and so it is like His Spirit is “another” person, THOUGH NOT A LITERAL PERSON.* - *It is His Spirit.* - *His Spirit is not a literal person any more than our spirit is a literal person.* - *However, His Spirit can do something ours cannot do. His Spirit can function independently of Himself as if it is “another” person while our spirit cannot.* - *The Holy Spirit is the “one” Spirit of the Father and Son.* - *This is how we have access to the Father through Christ who is the “one” mediator between God and man.* - *As Paul wrote, Ephesians 2:18* - *“For through him [Christ] we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.”*
*As Christ said, Matthew 28:20 “lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.”. [How is Christ with us? Through His Holy Spirit].*
*Here’s a Trinitarian conundrum:.* - *Jesus prayed to the Father [John 17:1],* - *but His mother Mary was pregnant with Him as a result of the Holy Spirit:* “She was found with child of the Holy Spirit” [Matthew 1:18]. *That would make the Holy Spirit the “father” of Jesus.*
*This confusion is quite easily avoidable* - *by realizing that the Bible teaches that the Holy Spirit is not a person *but the divine power and manifestation by which the Father gave human life to Jesus in the womb of Mary.*

    Hosea 12:5
Even the LORD God of hosts; the LORD is his memorial.
According to Sister White, the LORD God is Christ.
In eloquent strains they repeat the prophecies concerning Christ…
    Hosea will tell you, He is “the Lord God of hosts; the Lord is His memorial.” Hosea 12:5. - {DA 579.2}
It seems LORD doesn’t always apply to the Father.

*@Tm91studies: - *Christ inherited the name of His Father in order to manifest the Father’s character to the people.*
*She also wrote in 1899:* - *“Jehovah is the name given to Christ. “Behold, God is my salvation,” writes the prophet Isaiah; “I will trust, and not be afraid; for the Lord JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; He also is become my salvation."* - The Signs of the Times May 3, 1899, paragraph 18 (SDA Bible Commentary, vol. 7A (EGW), p. 439.3)
*EG Commentary on Ex.**23:20* - *‘The word mal’ak, “angel”, means “messenger,” and is translated as often one way as the other.Christ was ever the Messanger of God to Israel* (PP 336), *and as such conveyed to them a knowledge of the character, will, and mercy of God (Gen.22:1, 10-12; Ex.**32:34**; Isa.63:7-9; Mal. 3:1-2; John 8:54-58; 1 Tim. 2:5).* - SDA BC. Vol.1. Page 628.’
*Bible History Old Testament Vol. 2, p. 102.1 (Alfred Edersheim)}* - *{..that ANGEL, in Whom is the Name of the Lord (ver. 20). This was no common angel, however exalted, but a manifestation of Jehovah Himself, prefigurative of, and preparatory to His manifestation in the flesh in the Person of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.* For all that is here said of Him is attributed to the Lord Himself in Exodus 13:21; while in Exodus 33:14, 15, He is expressly designated as “the Face” of Jehovah (“My Face”-in the Authorized Version “My presence”). Accordingly, all obedience is to be shown to His guidance, and every contact with idolatry and idolaters avoided. In that case the Lord would fulfill every good and gracious promise to His people, and cause them to possess the land in all its extent.
*More importantly what does the Bible say?*
*Jesus declares:* *‘I am come in my Father's name,* and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.’ John 5:43
*Christ not only inherited His name but other things as well. Name means authority Greek Strong’s G3686; Hebrew H8034 [Mark 11:9, John 5:43], and it also means character and nature [Exodus 33:18-19, Exodus 34:5-6].* - *The name Adam means human for example. When people have children, they not only inherit the name of their parents but they also inherit the nature of the parents, which of course is human nature.*
*In like manner, Jesus inherited the same name as His Father, just as a child inherits the name of the parents, and He also inherits the nature of His Father, which is His divine nature.*
'And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, [and *we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,]* full of grace and truth.' John 1:14
*'Father ... I have glorified thee* on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do. And now, O Father, glorify thou me *with thine own self* with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. *I have manifested thy name* unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word.' John 17:1, 4-6
'O righteous Father, the world hath not known thee: but I have known thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me. And *I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it:* that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them.' John 17:25-26
*"God....spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things,* by whom also he made the worlds;" - Hebrews 1:1-2
*The question begs, how do one reconcile the fact that Jesus the Son of God is the one whom appeared to the people in the OT, and was called 'the LORD' [Jehovah] (Genesis 18)? Is not that name Jehovah solely reserved for the one true God, the Father? To answer this, as we ought to do with all questions, we further turn to additional inspired scriptures.*
*'Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me.'* John 7:16
*'Wherefore God [the Father] also hath highly exalted him [Jesus]*, and given him [Jesus] a name which is above every name.' Philippians 2:9 Emphasis Supplied]

1599 Geneva Bible (GNV) - *‘Wherefore God hath also highly exalted him, and given him a name above every name.’*
*'Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do IN MY FATHER'S NAME,they bear witness of me.' John 10:25
*YLT* translation reads ‘Jesus answered them, `I told you, and ye do not believe; the works that I do in the name of my Father, these testify concerning me;’
Hebrews 1:4...'Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath *by inheritance obtained a more excellent name* than they.'
*YLT translation* reads, *‘having become so much better than the messengers, as he did inherit a more excellent name than they.’*
*So, who was the one who appeared to the people in the Old Testament?* - *It was Jesus Christ the Son of God.* - *And what 'name' did Jesus bare? 'The LORD' [JEHOVAH], which is His Father's name.*
*'All things are delivered to me of my Father:* and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him.' Luke 10:22
*Thus He has the very same titles as His Father.* - *This is a co-regency that God Himself has established so His Son carries the same royal titles as does His Father, the Sovereign of the universe.* - *Yet again we must recognize that the Son has titles that God the Father does not have* - *such as the “great Prince”, “Prince of princes”, “the Prince [or Captain] of the host” and “Archangel” [Dan 12:1; **8:25**; **8:11**; Joshua **5:14**; Jude 1:9].* - *These latter titles in no way negate the previous titles that He has as God’s co-regent.* - *They do help us to see the next layer or tier in the authority though.*
*How else can the angels bow before Christ and declare as much?*
*Scripture affirms the idea that Christ inherited the Father’s appellation.*

LORD, ie Jehovah, is the Father's name. However, that name was "given to Christ" as Ellen White and Exodus 23:21 tell us.
Hopefully that helps to reconcile the fact that Jehovah is the personal name of God , but that personal name the Father has also given to Christ, His only begotten son.

@@S.D.P: Correct, as Hebrews 1:4 says,* - *“Being [made Greek G1096 ginomai =to receive] so much better than the angels, as he has BY “INHERITANCE” OBTAINED A MORE EXCELLENT ‘NAME’ THAN THEY.’* -
