Guruji yesterday I was thinking about only this topic and today you are talking about it. I used to forgive PPL thinking getting angry will just harm me and them too and repressed it. But while introspection I felt I started to hold grudges and blocked my heart chakra badly means I got depressed for like 4 years straight. Still in working , I hold back my anger it felt wrong and i suffered internally. Your words are so practical rather than philosophical shite i don't know where to apply it i m all so confused about it. But your suggestion is on point i was thinking about the same. It make sense , if you at that time just get angry and throw out that negative emotion you will not carry that burden to future and suffer. If you still wanna follow philosophy like to not get angry and don't give power to other you need to be very disciplined means you should know the technique of converting those negative intake of anger emotion in something positive or creative which is hard for our less spiritual daily humans.❤❤
Fire and energy are the most beautiful ways of doing things but Damn they too are the most tricky. I’ll Strive and seek on. Thanks for this for I often judge why I’m angry and say to myself my sadhana isn’t working.
So from what I get till now is that you have to come to a balance of expressing. Through expressing and creating your boundaries and being conscious of your anger. Not entering those sucking energy games with your family or close ones. I observed that when I got really angry with family ar closed ones I got sick the next moment(5his moment I was healthy the next I got flu or cold, running nose ,fever , stuffed nose etc) When I repressed the anger I got sick later, or got some energetic blockagese. I hope you get deeper into this subject. About expressing , dealing with emotions. Also you are the first one mentioning in public (from what I know of) these hunter games of sucking energy. My coworker is so unfair with me and because of that it affecting my salary. I already told him everything and it made little dislike between us. I already expressed my anger and it didn’t changed much, but he already knows my anger now. I don’t want to create this negative between us. He is senior to me and all I want is to be fair with me. So should I accept as it is or should I still express my anger ?

She judges me on that and it leads to an extremely tiring experience for both of us. Leads to personal attacks and some hurtful words .
