You’re amazing Meg! You have done so so well, please don’t beat yourself up. Easier said than done I know but your little man is healthy and happy and growing strong!! And he is so so loved! I hope you slowly start to let go of the guilt and just embrace the new journey ahead, which will hopefully give you and your mental health what is needed. You can’t pour from an empty cup remember!

Give the child formula from a bottle.
He is on formula. I had to wean myself down though as I am prone to clogged ducts therefore at high risk of mastitis so I couldn’t go cold turkey. I felt an immense pressure to breastfeed and felt judged for formula feeding
Stop feeling judged. Blow off the pressure. Your responsibility is to feed the baby. You are not a cow. Does not matter how the baby gets fed. I hope you feel better. @@MegLev_

You must be absolutely exhausted! Please don't beat yourself up. You need to sleep, and you need your gorgeous boy to sleep. You've done everything you possibly can to give Luca your breast milk but honestly exclusively pumping to get breast milk is bound to take its toll on you and you are important too. Make yourself a priority. He has had loads of breast milk, you've given him *the* best start and you should absolutely be so proud of yourself.
Us Mum's always guilt trip ourselves but I'm here to say don't you dare feel bad! You're an excellent Mummy to Luca, the best.
I hope that you're managing to get more sleep now. Have you tried offering a sleep feed around midnight? Even if it's just to top him up a bit and isn't a full feed? I used to do that with my babies to get a longer chunk of night sleep.
I'm sure you're getting loads of advice but if you need any help just shout me. I'm sending you so much love and support. You're doing brilliantly well 🫂💙💜 xx

@@MegLev_ honestly, we beat ourselves up about EVERYTHING. My youngest of five is thirteen and the eldest is twenty-seven and I'm STILL doing it! 🙄🤦♀️ xxx
