You did a lot better than what I went through. It was quite tough for me to get upgrades, so after unlocking some parts including 4 AIM-9Ds, I literally bombed my way to E2 Sparrows. And boy from that point on, I felt like I arrived in promise land. I enjoyed the grind with AIM-7E2 so much I alternate the use of it between the AIM-7F. Personally I felt like F-4J was the best AIM-7E2 platform for it having HMS alongside PD radar. It really helped a lot in locking enemy up early while finishing the turn to merge. Good video m8. It was a horrible experience for me lol it was only my 2nd rank 7 plame with the F-8E being my first :P I snuck on the aide of the map and low towards bases and bombed them and then used my position behind the enemy team to get a couple kills most of the time
Ive been playing this Game for a Long time ago, My stock experience with F-4J was shit 2, but not that shitty, F-4J, EJ Kai and F-14 were the Kings of BVR
The Gs are much better, but that's not how it works. Only the Navy and Marines got to use AIM-9Gs because the G was designed for the navy. The J was the air force designed missile, and the P was the export version based on the J iirc. The branches unified missiles with the development of the L, which was based on the G, but before that, they were designed and used separately by the different branches
@@espressocookie8965 No need to info dump, I was saying that id rather have an aim9g on everry single instance of a plane having an aim9j or p. Im well aware of the development cycle, the aim9g is just better than the other missiles due to the burn time and still usable 18g pull, as well as that sick seeker gimbal.
Its just me or the Sparows DF are actually performing better then the Sparows F?! I never had a DF version just turning amok to nowere while the F's seem to go all over the place.
This stock grind almost made me quit the game. Glad someone had a better time.
Why does everybody say this stock grind is bad, it was one of my favourite planes to stock grind so far

Same here, but the f14 players are absolute bots so i just hugged the deck and smacked them out of the air with my aim 7s

i hated this plane so much that i uninstalled the game, at that time i have to face multiple f16 everymach .... and they were op back then.....
