All of these super food we have been using since childhood without knowing it’s super value, thanks for listening here for the whole community to get informed.
What I like about your videos u are promoting the foods of our ancestors and making us appreciate their cooking skills and knowledge of healthy food...
That's a good info treasure box. Usually ppl ignore (especially in the developed cities) of the indigenous foods. You this is one of the videos which serves as eye opener. Learnt about sabudana from you today. Always have wondered why they use this for vrats. And you know so many elders don't have answers for everything. They just blindly follow. And we always look for reasons behind those things. Thank you
आपकी जानकारी और प्रस्तुतिकरण दोनों बेहतर है।साधुवाद।

Good video mam for a middle who wants to eat only the staple food and you clearly explained how we can eat also. One more request can you please upload a vegetarian diet chart for a month to loose weight in a healthy manner with no onion no garlic diet chart because I don't eat them I am a tamil brahmin lady and my age is 50 years. I have uterus fibroids and dermoid cyst in my left ovary also. Bsung acidic I always suffer from body aches and bone pain. Hope if I indulge all these super foods mentioned in this vedio I will be ok. Good keep it up. Please don't forget to upload diet chart for weight loss
My humble suggestion - pls eat only the home made food your mother gave when you were growing up. Always healthy. Just change your white rice to traditional maroon/ black rice. Cook in stone & Brass vessels. Have Buttermilk regularly. Be stress & tension free. Try to aim fr (8) hours of sound sleep. Plan your daily routine by making hourly list of "things to do today". Don't try to be a "Super mom". Be positive & optimistic always. If menopause is around the corner - take it in your stride & work alongwith it. I am 55 & just done with it. Take care/ stay safe & be cool! Bless you dear!
Excellent. Thnx for the additional info on super foods.

We fancy rare fruits and vegetables from other countries and tag them as really superfoods whereas we have in our own country , fruits and vegetables that are second to none. You have very elaborately brought forth our Indian fruits and vegetables and cereals which are really super super foods.Thank you for such a nice video.
Useful info. You look like trisha krishnan !
Drumstick flowers leaves are also widely used in Maharashtra not only in South India specially in coastal area like Kokan and all over also same with Jackfruit. Also different kind of plantains used on daily basis which have very good nutritional value

How to use moringa powder. It is great to see your video .I was a teacher in social studies ,retired .I am amazed to watch your videos ,I believe you are a teacher in bio chemistry .,as you have so much clarity in both the subjects .Enlight us with such knowledge .
Thanks for your kind words! I have never used moringa powder but jave eaten moringa leaves. I guess moringa powder can be added to juices etc.
Other option - mix with traditional method prepared ghee & (healthy) rice & eat. By healthy rice - I mean South Indian traditional rice - black & maroon/ red ones found in Madras/ Chennai side Check out in South Indian stores like "Ratna" or order online - will be little expensive - but less than your future medical bills!
Nice video.. There were fe articles recently that sabudana which we have consuming for ages is bad for health.. Any views on it?
Hi..is sabbudana good to have for diabetic persons?
Hi everyone!! You will surely be surprised by some of the Indian superfoods that have been mentioned in the video, do include these in your diets whenever you can 🙂 Happy weekend!!
हिन्दी या आयुर्वेद में भी सुपर फुड के नाम क्या है वो बताए।
Sago and Tapioca are not the same. Only Sago has resistant starch but not the Tapioca (tarro) which is high in starch with a very high GI.
Really worth watching..thank you for sharing such very useful information.. highly appreciate the effort taken to gather these valuable informations
Add dried banans to the list.
How can sabudana be a good food let alone superfood when it contains 98% carbs ? It does not contain any vitamin and minerals
