Each of us were given a challenge. A new experience awaited the six of us, calling for our undivided attention. So, what did this entail? In short, we were asked to learn a song and film it all in one take - live filming.
Through this adventure, we discovered the importance of teamwork. In the process of filming, not only did we receive the satisfaction of finally completing a good take, we also formed new bonds with one another. Between takes, uncontrollable laughter was not uncommon. Each of us struggled to maintain our composure as Nick gracefully tripped over wires in order to gain a more epic shot.
With the project reaching completion, we each gained a valuable experience, as well as valuable friendships.

This is a beautiful song that glorifies God. There is absolutely nothing wrong with how these girls are dressed and I pray that we will not judge others by their clothing. The kind of clothing we wear does not save us. It is only a personal relationship with Jesus that can save us and it is clear to see that these girls truly do love Jesus. I love the message of this song and the piano part of Pachelbel's Canon was a very nice touch.

I agree with you. Give freedom to the girls. As long as they did not wear skimpy outfits. Of course the kind of clothing we wear also important although it doesn't save us. It depends on the situation. For example we don't go to church using pajama . Its not a sin but inappropriate. Anybody who loves Jesus so much won't do that.

For clarification: The dress code at Fountainview has not changed much at all in the last 15+ years. You can read about the dress code in the handbook on the website if you're interested.
Although the uniforms for our DVDs have all included skirts for the girls, the girls have never been required to wear skirts at all times. This live studio video was filmed in a much more casual setting than our DVD productions.

Why skirt in DVD ànd trousers in live video? I must say I had to recheck the name to ensure I was listening to fountain view and not other... Consistency in everything is needful.

If i recall correctly, this song's original author is Bonnie Knopf , whose music is known for its celestial lyrics and melodies.
I stopped listening to "Family Radio" because for 50 yrs ,it used the REAL hymns that those us who older now knew as " "classic Christ-Centered Songs of PRAISE to GOD."
... NOT todays "anything goes Rock, Gospel, etc., to attract the youth who believe that as long as you slap the label Christian music, and as long as the songs mention Jesus, it's justified as Christian Music. Family Radio today is a Rock/pop station like ANY other. Harold Camping would be turning in his grave IF he could hear and see what Family Radio has become. But of course we know as the Bible says specifically-

:-( I asked the same Oleg. I wondered if there is new leadership. I have first hand experience of what this kind of shift in dressing did at my SDA university so it indeed makes me sad.
How sad that you can listen to this beautiful arrangement of a very Christ-centered song sung by young women wearing comfortable, feminine, modest clothing and only see that their clothing does not suit your personal ideal for women's attire. I thank God for the leadership at Fountainview that guides and teaches the young people who attend.

@@fountainviewacademy Casual dress for ladies is dresses/skirts. Bible and SOP tell us this, we need to go back to these and make them our guide. As SDA's we are to be different from the world in word, actions, dress, ect. sadly we are conforming to wordly customs which Sister White said would happen before the close of probation.

@@duriaaahn friend where that is concerned like any other principle found in scripture it has a platform or a foundation and rightly built upon nothing can prevail against it. As per the question the foundation is that one cover there nakedness Genesis 3:21 I would add to that, that if your curvature can be seen man or woman you are not covered properly may sound extreme but it's the truth as it is in Jesus check it out. Another foundation or pillar of truth on this matter is that there are supposed to be distinctions between Male and Female dressing deuteronomy 22:5. Another pillar is this one can dress like a whore and not necessarily be a whore Proverbs7:10 and remember Jesus prayed that we be not of the world so we cannot entertain the idea of dressing like the worldling/whore and yet not be one. This scripture will do well for us as Christians to often do some introspection Isaiah4:1. Finaly my dear friend where tradition and culture is concerned consider these scriptures John3:3 and 2 Corinthians 5:17 I am truly not trying to upset you but rather edify please research these things with prayerful heart and share with me what God gave you as you searched.
