How do you get tons of burley?
fish trader, season pass (removed since s.20 as far as I remember), basement (rarely accessed since the mini event was added), fishermen pack, occasionally events such as extraction (cash in Mark of excellent), supply event etc
Only f2p way I know of is that it's sometimes offered from the fisherman trader.
Actually extraction is f2p's heaven that's why Dev has removed ittry to go to the basement and do as many supply as possible
