    The young lady in the second story clearly is suffering from Stockholm Syndrome. That "boyfriend" has her so brainwashed that she can't even comprehed that she was kidnapped. I pray she gets the help she needs to break that spell, and he rots in prison for a LOOOONG time, where he can never harm her again.

Under arrest is under arrest, you can plead in court. After the words Under Arrest are spoken it can't be overturned on the side of the road so you are going to jail, just go.

      At the time of the chase and accident the officers didn’t know that the two year old was dead, hence why they were looking for the kidnapped child. He apparently had stabbed the mother, with whom he had two children with, and abducted little Wynter, the two year old. He drove not too far away from that home and strangled the two year old daughter with a pink cell phone cord. Her body was discovered three days later. Look up Rashad Trice Michigan, and within the article(s) online there is a photo of the sweet little girl. He was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole.

      @@TwitX2007They did check for the child and also asked Rashad where the child was. Rashad stated that the child was in Lansing with her mom.
      To clarify a couple of things, Lansing Michigan is roughly 90+ minutes away from St. Clair Shores Michigan. Those are two different agencies (police departments), which is why the police officer whose body camera viewpoint we are watching asked to have someone reach out to the Lansing PD. These officers shown in the video caught and had arrested Rashad Trice, however the case for the attack on the woman (mother of the two year old),and the kidnapping of the child originated in Lansing. Lansing would have been the agency that put out the Amber Alert and also the report of the stolen vehicle. Again, what we saw in this video was only the video from the body camera of one officer.

      Well, the man seems to have some sort of mental disability (he's acting it up), or he's impaired in some way.
      Its also possible that its something to do with Black Lives Matter, perhaps a lawsuit at the station or something from a previous incident, so the cops are doing their very best to explain everything slowly and calmly, and really trying to keep things from being violent, referencing the cameras and verbally repeating things many times, being as gentle and respectful as possible.
      I don't know, the whole 3rd case is weird.

    Anyone know❓❓❓❓❓❓

    • @exzeroex
      @exzeroex 13 днів тому +1

      Salaries are $$$$. 2 per car would be too much cost. Safety and buddy system? Probably cheaper to "train" new replacements than to keep old timers with larger salaries around.

    • @Codcj2
      @Codcj2 12 днів тому

      @@exzeroexit feels more cost effective to me to have two units per car rather than a seperate car for each unit, can have half the fleet size for the same amount of units, but that also reduces the available cars to respond to callouts.
      Besides id say officer and public safety aswell as the effectiveness of the force is more important than saving a few bucks only having one unit per car.
      Also would make some cases finish up much faster cause they wouldnt need to sit and wait for more units, and lowers the risk of dumb asses doing something dumb and getting themselves shot because the cop has a buddy that can watch his back.
      I also understand not every situation requires two officers to be present, and that more sometimes isnt better and can aggravate or escalate a fragile situation. Sometimes you only need one unit and the other unit is better off being available for a different call. But yeah still think its a good thing to have more than one unit per car, it would be safer, and make some situations more manageable and assist in keeping everyone safe

      @haileysayshai8736 16 днів тому +13

      Murder is too nuanced as a charge and is kinda hard to get someone on that technical level. There's levels to murder/homicide. There's different forms of it. If you're the type to consider taking the life of someone else is always murder...I hate to tell ya that the law never felt it to be the same.
      He got kidnapping a minor charge and kidnapping RESULTING in death. He /was/ charged for the death of that child. "Premeditated murder", which is what alot of people associate the word murder with, means you have to prove a bunch more shit lawfully.
      He kidnapped the kid. He killed the kid. He got the most basic "easy to prove" charges and hopefully the maximum punishment

      Sadly, I believe the time of good grammar has passed us by. I'm 69 years old and I hear things spoken by supposedly intelligent people that equate to poor grammar when I was reared. And these seem to be acceptable on the news and by television spokespersons, even by teachers. Sigh..

    after half a bloody hr and being so darn respectful, i think it was warranted to bust in the window. he didn't give ANY reason as to why he couldn't turn off the car and get out. if he was frightened (i understand there is fear having darker skin leading to police brutality in America?) he honestly cld have said so and the officer was being soooo reasonable they cld possibly have looked at getting an officer of the same ethnicity in that time frame to help him feel safe?

    1:05:05 6th month conditional sentence? Why even bother? If it was some rich senator's wife the guy would be doing at the very least 2-5. Why not attempted kidnapping? Because I bet a plea deal was made so a prosecutor can keep their conviction rate up.

    1:17 WTF???! Absolutely not necessary to knee the suspect in the back to get him to turn over. Then blurring the video to try to hide your assault. From the video, it looks as though he was getting his keys out of the ignition, because you'd just told him to get out of the car, NOT trying to start the car. Just because you're freaked out, it does not give you the right to release adrenaline-fueled violence on a suspect. The absolute worst type of cop. Pathetic.

    Why did yall blur out the 1st scene where the officer had a pistol to dudes temple telling him to move his hands. ( realize they didn't know any of the other shit for sure at that time) saying this is not a reflection of my opinion on what people like that dude deserve, but does show an issue that could be you after a false report or mistaken judgement call by a cop who is only human and makes errors too.( but they have guns and qualified immunity, which makes their mistakes extremely dangerous and avoidable for the most part)
