Sometimes we have an affection for a person but it gets hard understanding and adjusting to his/her life and surrounding which includes the place, persons, occasions, memories, time and space s/he is part of. And a person is not just a human figure. S/he is incomplete without this surrounding. So we may land up in a situatiion where we love the person but have difficulty getting along with her/his surrounding. And hence the lines - "Jaane tere shehar ka, Kya iraada hai"
