@@SpiralPoliFemboy This bit was done in "Lois Kills Stewie", specifically the scene where the Griffins find Stewie's Weaponry: There is a Mind/Spirit Swapping Orb that, when scanned, will force those in close proximity to swap bodies; Peter and Lois end up getting affected by this, and once Peter discovers what has happened to both of them, he has fun juggling Lois' breasts while giggling the theme of Green Acres.
We haven't had too many Freaky Friday bits similar to this since 2007, but this would get replicated in a different capacity with "Switch the Flip" in 20I8, keeping the trend of Family Guy making the same joke or plot point happen twice in either the same episode or the same series; I have often wondered what would happen if everybody changed bodies temporarily, it would be a scientific phenomenon that'll be undoubtedly difficult to explain but it is something that'll probably be tested in the Modern Era of Genetic Engineering that it'll make for a good Research Piece in the times to come.
