The ultrasonic tip is should be used in passive.mode. thats why it's called.as passive ultrasonic irrigation. I have used different brands of ultrasonic since my pg. I use ultra x now the tips seems to last many case. But endoactivaor too is really.good one which has plastic tip and sonic in form.
Both are good but both have some advantages or disadvantages.. reciprocating reduces instrument fracture but may show more post operative pain.. but all files r not meant for reciprocation. Keep watching my next part of this series to learn more.

Sir sonic irrigator with fiber tip is good or ultasonic irrigator.
Both have same results. But overall ultrasonic has more efficiently
