About rose, there’s a pamphlet/notice thing in the university that says the original stable we rode it in the demo is currently under remodeling, I think. So just a full like lore element ❤
@@sandydarkfall I just looked back at the notice. It says that the barn is temporarily closed due to renovations and changes in management structure. It also says some School horses have been relocated to work in other bars for the summer while others are enjoying well-deserved rest in the paddocks. ❤️
For dressage, you don't have to tap like a madman to get dressage movements XD. It tells you in the book how to time it and you tap every stride or every other stride. The same goes for collecting (the green horse in the corner), tap every stride to increase and tap every other stride to maintain. This means you can switch from leg yield left to leg yield right and reverse instantly, without any "normal" trot or canter steps. Also, to do a flying lead change, tap twice on the stride with the opposite leg (switching from left to right canter = tap left leg quickly twice). If you get the hang of it, tempi changes are possible and will be in competitions in the future (last 2 pages of the book). The method of just turning sharply to change the canter lead won't work on all horses, and it isn't a dressage move. I recommend using the slow motion to understand the timing of everything :)
Appreciate the tips ♥ I end up spamming like a madman since the timing is non-existent for me, especially in the beginning when I was just learning XD ♥ I do know about the flying lead change, it's so fun to try and switch between the left and right lead to try and make it as flowy as possible ♥
Hot take: I 100% like the way the early access for this game looks better than the demo. The demo has its charms, but I really like the updated graphics, and how the horses look in early access. The only thing is the animations could do with some tweaking to make them look a little less stiff - but this is early access so there's still plenty of time for that! I do miss the horses from the demo - hopefully they all make an appearance in the full version of the game.
I really think they both have their own charm! I really agree that the animations do need some work, but that is the wonders with Early Access that things can be improved! ♥I really hope to see my little Spot again one day :')
The dressage book indicates that there should be a way to do leg yield in a diagonal line or on a curved line. The problem is the current mechanics seem to mean that it's always on a curved line. I mean, I've done everything to do a "straight" diagonal, and it just does not work right now. So, I think something needs to be tweaked in the mechanics to make some adjustments.
Also, I think Blaze might be hot blooded, so when she sees the flatwork jumps she is interpreting them as regular jumps and is rushing them. At least, that's my working theory. I could be wrong lol
I personally found that if you tap with rein for longer than you tap with leg it tends to keep the horse straighter. I've already achieved going straight forward in the leg yield with no curve like this ❤
For the pole knocking - i tested it out and found out that the more spread apart ones need to be done in extended trot (w key) and the less spread apart ones in collected trot
When I was wondering around the barn, I looked in the field and saw another horse that looked like damon. maybe it was a similar horse and it was prolly just wishful thinking on my part, coz he was my favorite along with spot.🏇🐎🐴

I don't think it is Damon, because Damon is an all black horse, and that one is more of a dark bay. I think that might actually be Maverick, because it looks a lot like his headshot in the stable.

Going first person makes it 10x easier to time jumps (for me) and I end up messing up more in third person than first. Then again I don't count strides I just know where the horses front hoof should be before I make the jump cuz counting doesnt help me.
i see some posts that the graphic is better and for me it's the same as you.when i turn to first person the graphic gets sooo bad and i see some people don't have this problem.is there any way to fix it?
Some people might edit the graphics in videos to make it less blurry, but for me it is terrible as well, especially when you go in a fast pace towards a jump. I hope the dev will fix this problem in the near future ♥

The Piaffe can be a bit tricky at first. 1. Collect the bit and fill the bar all the way. 2. be in trot (I have noticed it does not matter how fast you go in it) 3. You click the left and right mouse buttons together in a constant rhythm- 4. Right away after you start the mouse clicking, hold down the S key and keep it held down while clicking the mouse. (Note: If you hold down the S key before doing the clicking, the horse will slow down.) Then you should be doing the Piaffe ♥ Hope this helps, regardless I wish you luck ♥
This game won’t be able to be a mobile game due to the high graphics and controls! It would be hard to adapt the controls to suit mobile while still keeping the difficulty and realism of the pc controls!

If you tap quicker, not faster in rhythm but in the duration in which you touch the buttons, it'll go "straight".
