Yes you can but i will sugest dont use it cuz look if you use 3 layer of georgette it will not be comfortable for you to wear it as chiffon is lighter you can easily wear it even it has 3 layer ..so its not recommended for summer u can use it in winter though

you should've mention the pattern as,u always do... and i don't get dear why you used the complicated way of cutting this,time even though you're used to do this always in a simple way
