Neiman Marcus Be Extraordinary Tour

NMG leaders Ryan Ross and Stefanie Tsen Ward recently completed the second leg of their ‘Be Extraordinary’ tour, traveling to every Neiman Marcus location to connect with and listen to our associates. As they continue their cross-country journey, they’re discussing customer experiences and associate practices with the goal of working together to make Neiman Marcus even more Extraordinary.
“We walk away from every store visit not only getting a feel for the spirit in the store but also providing thoughts and ideas on how to optimize spaces and visual statements for greater impact,” Stefanie said. “It’s important for us all to remain curious on the small things we can do differently--small moves and silent signals can make a huge difference.”
