One thing I've noticed about Mark is when he is interested in a product and wants to invest, he is all over the ins and outs of the company, often times cutting off other sharks asking questions. Good way to know if he's making a deal or not

Unfortunately they weren’t able to reach a deal with Mark when the behind closed doors negotiations actually started. And sometime later, the company shut down.
But they all seem to be back at their other companies.

The 3 business owners were unable to reach an agreement with Mark Cuban.
The firm, which formerly had a large social media following, has been inactive since May 2019, and the Bouquet Bar website has been deactivated.
The 3 business owners...
Alex and David's work at Square Roots Designs continues, and Sal is still working at his Internet Agency, Adaptive Media.
They each put $600,000 of their own money into this business idea, and it's a shame they had to shut it down, for I loved the idea and their concept.

I'm so glad Mark decided to go with them I can tell the three men are brilliant but is obvious they need a shark expertise on their business. I think there are going to do great I'm happy for them

Unfortunately the didn't fall through behind closed door and the company shut down in December of 2019. Likely due to what Lori said about other competitors selling the same thing, but for cheaper. Of course this wasn't the only reason they shut down, but I am sure this played a large factor in their demise.
Their desperation, hunger, drive, and wanting to get a deal is a good reason to get a deal. They are amongst the pitches who really wanted a deal. Well done

that's my first time to see this entrepreneur start the presentation like that
unfortunately this company closed, marks deal fell through post show negotiations. Despite them being quite anxious they did do a good presentation and the product was great price was way too high which is why i believe it closed. Lori was right alternatives and close competitors were selling for less than half the price only the very wealthy could have afforded 150 plus for one bouquet and 2 extra small nicly packed chocolates is quite high not too mention tax on that

Mark did save them regardless how nervous the presenters were. I mean, it obviously worked out for them but next time, they need to make sure that they are calm when giving a presentation of a product. It's important for the consumers to see that the owner of a certain product is really confident in what they are selling.

There are so many garbage products on this show...This is the day and age of marketing. That is why the numbers do not matter much. People can put a marketing campaign together and make more money than having a job, yet there is no way most of the stuff on this show would last in the long run. The issue is that after coming on this show, whatever garbage is being sold, gets the ultimate marketing bump. This show is like running a super bowl ad.

These guys went out of business in 2019. Their customer acquisition cost was way too high and they must not have been able to get it to an affordable level. There's no point in running a business where you have to buy every customer.
The point of differentiation is a stupid point. It just has to be a bit unique not 100% unique.

Products were too expensive!! 155.00 for some roses and 2 little jars, plus shipping cost. Everything is so expensive these days and this is not a necessity, you can call any number of other delivery flower companies and pay like 50 bucks for some nice flowers!

UPDATE April 2023 - Bouquet Bar had a successful pitch in Shark Tank and, during its operations, gained several celebrity endorsements, accomplishing huge milestones. Alas, it left us disappointed when the official website was taken down, and the social media account was deactivated in 2019.

Thats likely why (speculation) the deal never went through. They failed due diligence investigations last month.
