You just turned into a wizard on a nickel board towards the end for some reason lol, was hilarious and awesome, those were some hard falls though lol, no give whatsoever. Maybe some rolling or falling techniques could help, I dunno lol. Very flat solid landings. Sick skills though!

I've been having some trouble with depression and anxiety lately which is kicking my ass. For the past month I've been watching your videos non-stop. Love your videos! I started skating in 85 or so when I was a kid and skated till I was 23/24. I haven't really gone on a board since cause I'm out of shape and almost 40 :) You guys bring back those great memories for me! Rock on!

My favorite school assignment I've ever done was during my freshman year of college. i took a writing class where the professor assigned us a 5 page essay but we could write about whatever we wanted. Doesn't seem like a big deal but when you think I made an A on a 5 page paper about the history of skateboarding it definitely takes the spot of my all time favorite homework assignment.
My favorite homework assignment was when I got to watch TV and tell the teacher about it

Killed it. Love that Gabe won but Doug pulled some crazy moves on that nickel board. But, let me see... homework assignment would be building a skateboard and grind bar out of wood, placing the board into a grind, and wood burning the bottom. Hardest but sickest part was the wooden trucks I made to go on it.

It's better because my feet fit on it. I've been a fan of lords of dog town since I was 11 and always wanted one of their 70s boards. When they came out with the penny boards I was happy it had that retro feel, therefore I really like it. I'm personally not that heavy so it doesn't bend for me.
Garrett's tre at 2:17 is magical, and Gabe is the one true hero. One day I want to see a hospital/casper/caspital/hosiper flip on one of those.

Idea for you guys - collaborate with skaters that can do crazy tricks on stuff like this and do follow-up videos where they teach you how to do tricks on nickel boards, penny boards, rip sticks, flowboards and whatever else I'm forgetting. It would be cool to see what these objects are really capable of and it would probably end up making everyone a better skater. Cheers! Love your content.

Teacher made us look at stars in the 3rd grade for science homework. The only homework assignment I've ever done.
One time I had to make a house out of Popsicle sticks. By the time I was almost done we ran out of Popsicle sticks so we had to eat the Popsicles we had to get the Popsicles sticks that I needed. It was a great bonding family experience.

Try and put the trucks on an angle, like half way side ways, leave the 1 bottom corner bolt in and turn the trucks slightly so that the upper right screw hole is where the left screw is, and the same for the back trucks so that the board skates pretty much diagonally.
