So right before the angry towns people break into Rin/sister and Len/brother switches clothes with Rin/Sister since they're twins so they look alike. When the towns people find Len/brother, they mistake him as the evil queen (Rin/Sister). A the next day (I think XD) Len gets executed by getting his head chopped of and Rin witnessed Len's execution. So in this song, its explain that the sister is regretting everything she has done and that all she wants is her brother...YEP! XD At least thats my understand of the music videos of it.
