- Go Barefoot have built a reputation for making compact caravans which ooze style and quality but can be towed by just about any car due to their diminutive size. Rob McCabe takes a closer look at the Cotswold manufacturer's latest model - the two-berth Barefoot Forward .

Love this adorable little camper! Thanks for the tour! 😊
I’d like to try a weekend away to see how I got on with it, it’s a big step down from a TA with fixed bed and large shower room across the back. The Barefoot is a beautiful caravan. 👍😁
I like it, but i would liek to see a slightly longer version with a desk space and closet for those of us that take longer trips, and want to use something like this for photography and such.
Thanks for a great review. I’m tempted and sent an email to Barefoot asking if they have an agent in France. Jo in The Pyrenees 🇫🇷
Super cute and outstanding craftsmenship! 😍😊
I was gobsmacked too, all that inside such a small caravan. I'm assuming you need to go down to the Cotswolds to see one?
Checked one out yesterday...... Looked cool, well build and well laid out...... $48K?...... nahhhhh
Cute and well designed maybe, but the price tag is far too high.
Just so you know. That bike rack brand is pronounced 'Tool-Lee'. I sell them at my bike shop. 😊
It would be nice if the Barefoot's dinette/bed had multiple configurations (twin and partial dinette, two twins, or all bed) like the NuCamp Tab 320. I like the fiberglass construction, though.
For the money , a person would have to want one really bad. It is nice.
Molded fiberglass is always going to be pricier compared to 'stick and tins'. However, they last 50 years if taken care of. The US's Nucamp version is on sale right now for $36K US. It's hard to find newer used fiberglass travel trailers for that price.
Very nice, but you can get a Capsule Mini for under half the price.
Like this! How much?
I think they will sell to a small number who love the cutesy styling and build quality but you are giving up to much space they are not much lighter than a conventional small caravan in terms of weight saving the freedom jetstream is a bigger and lighter van for half the price albeit of a cheaper finish also does the fridge run on gas you didn’t mention and it’s an important point or you are stuck with hook up so for the same money my choice would be a freedom and a fairly new small car to tow it with and I guess that’s why the freedom has cornered the market with fibreglass vans
Nice, but not 35k nice. Stick with go pod.
You don’t say Thule it’s pronounced tooolay 🤷♂️
But good review and very nice compact van 👏👏
E35K! Havebthe manuafcturers been smoking crack? That is an insane price no matter how well finished it is. Totally barking and anyone who buys one at that price is barking too.
Nice but 35k 😂
Obviously for the rich surely no normal human would pay 35k for a caravan , we are a little nuts in the UK , in the US
Poor people live in caravans , often referred to as trailer parks , in this country it’s a luxury and it’s cheaper to live in a flat than a caravan ,
