Just better and better. The total joy of vintage thrifting involves hours and hours of seeking to find the golden treasures. I'm excited for you. And I know Thursday will be September Issue worthy. I was in my 20ies in the 70s so I can definately see the influence.

What a great haul. Can't believe you left the boho dress at the second store and the black dress at the third store they looked incredible on you. So glad you got that mustard dress, the black turtleneck and the Burgundy stirrup pants. I can see those pants with the sweater from the first store and some boots. When do we get a Tryon haul from all of your latest trips. That is the best part of any haul.

What great finds! Your super power is curating. The mustard yellow 80s does 40s Pointer Sisters' dress could definitely be bling-ed up for Studio 54. Navy jacket, 50s style dress, fair isle sweater - so good! I hope you bought the long braided leather belt & the dark dress with the braiding on the neck & sleeves. I could see that for the Bianca character, especially styled with a head scarf or fabulous hat!

I think these are some of the best videos you make. I love seeing how excited you get about the cut and details of the vintage pieces. As a child of the 60's (and teen in the 80's), by the end of video you have me skimming through ebay searching for my youth. It's so much fun!

I love the Don Loper stirrups! He was a very prolific designer and even designed for Lucille Ball back in the day. I love finding his pieces! And that mustard dress at the end is gorgeous! So inspiring!

The long floral dress is definitely 50’s. I looked up the tag and she was an actress turned designer who was especially big in the 50s and 60s ❤️
you kept saying "western" and "ranch" when it's clearing native American inspired esp. with the different prints co-opted from different tribes but made "cool" for some white lady living off of stolen "ranch" land

That dress is so beautiful! The clippings from the magazine I love. I actually ordered a physical magazine to flip through it. 💕 it’s good old version of Pinterest lol. Love this vlog- the fabrics are so rich and look so expensive.
Loved this video!!! Some great finds! Spotted the Don Loper label, (I Love Lucy episode where Lucy wants a Don Loper dress) the Don Caster(?) I. Magnin label, ( I have at least one Don Caster blazer and they are so good! and high 5 to an I. Magnin label) and IB Diffusion label too. I worked for Macy's West buying offices in the late 1990s and it's a lot of fun to find the old labels in stores. Truly enjoyed this video and your inspiration and interpretations. I need to take a look at the Tory Burch Fall collection. Well done! #fallingforseventies

Omg, I really loved this video and felt so inspired! The navy blazer is so good and more fun to find new buttons. I love the white vintage pants bc the cuff on the bottom is fab and they have elastic waist, which is even better for comfort. White is so versatile even in the Winter these days...the peach skirt and the mustard vintage dress from Paris were by far the best here! I haven't been very inspired lately with fashion, but your vintage finds at the end finally made me feel a little spark to get out soon to thrift.

HMMM These are who I always am....Im from Tex as was in my teens and 20s in the 60s/70s sooooo that is who I truly am EVERY year I ALSO wear British equestrian having lived in Britain with my US State Dept mother. So these styles always suit me and unlike alot of people, I dont look or feel costumey when I wearm them. I love to mix these ala Ralph Lauren in high quality suedes, leathers, velvets, so usually they are my Fall wardrobe. Ihave collected them vintage for years...Fall season fits thee styles the best due to the weoght and cover of the faborcs as well a the colors. And yeeesss, ranch owners often socialize at fancy csttle ormhorse auctiins in Houston and Dallas Ft. Worth....ther eis also rodeo season. Owning a ranch as a week end getaway is de rigeur for a gentleman/businesssman just lime one MUST have a country house to be a British gentleman. I highly recommend old Ralph Lauren runway shows on UA-cam.
I call the Western Boho look the "Carnaby Street Cowgirl." Been channeling that look since the real 70s. Glad it's rotating back into style.

You got some very cool pieces! The white 50's dress with the right sweater, chore coat, western boots, some turquoise jewelry mixed with a bit of gold (I love mixing metals), or a poncho. I so agree with your comment when you are looking for a particular theme but find a piece like that, throw it in the cart!!!!!! I often find random out of season things and they are some of my favorites.
