Marc Jacobs. Expensive, but the blackest black I've ever had and I showered with it on and none of it washed off-- my sister asked my why I didn't wash my face (which wasn't the case) so that goes to show how water-repellent it is.

Used over 100 or more eyeliners. Pat McGrath is the closest black to Inglot gel 77, the blackest eyeliner on record. I also love Maybelline, but If I have unlimited cash flow, it'd be Pat Mcgrath all day, everyday. No tug or pull, smooth, easy to use and inky black at the first go.
