    I used to listen to this when I was in a really dark place, living in a basement with no hope whatsoever, wondering if I'd ever amount of anything. Em and D12 and the counter-culture rappers from back in the day saved me, no doubt about it.

    At the time i heard this, this was the deepest song i ever heard. I think i was about 12 years old. I wasn't aware of Tupac at this time. I heard My Name Is on a UK channel called The Box and was instantly hooked on Eminem! I begged my parents to buy me his album, and thankfully they did!
