I don't rely on secondary sources I read the entire supreme court judgment of 273 pages. "After taking sometime and examining the accused over and over again, the witness has pointed towards accused Manu Sharma. " Though the trial court discarded her evidence as she was not an eye witness to the occurence but accepted that she is a witness to the presence of Manu Sharma. But anyway the Supreme Court did consider her statement as a piece of evidence. All in all she did identify Manu Sharma.

@@prashantchaturvedi8146 her daughter is one of the only witness in jessica lal murder case who sticked by her statement and that got jessica justice...check online...all other witnesses were sold out or turned hostile..it take guts to do what malini ramani did that u wont have...her daughter needs salutations for not getting scared by rich n powerful... it takes balls of steel to stand by on your statement in such a high profile case where all the witnesses stepped back..
such a callous attitude and so sad that the rich and privileged had no value for others life. Had it been her daughter would she talk in the same tone or manner it's not about price it's about abiding by the law. Surprised that they claim to be educated what value has the education when it can't feed an ounce of conscience or common sense to follow the rules.
this was 2006 , shes a page 3 lady and organized parties in Delhi until the tragic day happened in 1999 April . they paid a heavy penalty in crores for sure.
