I’m curious to see how you go with the shower. We have the same nugget and roof top tent. We have the 180° awning though so I’m wondering where to put a shower tent but that idea you have looks really good. Hopefully you’ll post another video to see how you get on. Cheers Paul.

Cheers Paul, I’ll definitely do another video on how it goes. It’s certainly an improvement on the other shower tent options. The only thing is the stone guard touches the back of the tent slightly when it’s fully open but still plenty of space inside. I’ve got a wooden duck board from bunnings also to stand on so you aren’t standing in a puddle of wet dirt/sand. I’ve got a trip to Fraser coming up in the new year so definitely have it out for that.

@ I look forward to seeing that one Scott. I don’t think I’ll be bothered about the stone guard as long as you don’t go head-butt it! LOL😂 I will be interested to see how you connect up the gas heater etc. Hot and cold water outlets are at the back of the nugget.

Yeah they are but there is a water outlet on the draw bar too! So I’ll use that for showers

@ yeah true that’s a good idea good for cold showers and summer use which I suppose is when I’d be using the shower more. Not sure how that would go in the winter though when we go more on the south coast gets pretty cold there at that time of year we are in W.A.

I’ll be connecting my companion hot water system to the water outlet on the drawbar, then use its shower head for warm showering. Sorry, I don’t think I explained that very well. I have also made up hoses to connect to the rear (cold out of the trailer, into the hot water system then back into the hot inlet on the trailer)
