Pride month is made to celebrate a group that is gone through a lot of struggles and is a minority. You are not a minority. You do not need a month. You don’t have to celebrate pride. No one is forcing you to, but don’t be so goddamn stupid acting like you need a goddamn month.

The money can go to fighting anti lgbt laws and creating recourses such as sex Ed and therapists. I'm not sure what some lgbt charities do but that's the things I can think of them doing that would make sense.

Corporations care about their shareholders and reducing their tax liability, not whatever cause you want to support.
Sadly a lot of places are not even donating to things like health research and environments anymore.
Honestly, as an LGBT person, businesses not supporting doesn't bother me. It's the making everything rainbow and pretending to support when pride month roles around, and then back to normal afterwards like it never happened. If you don't support, don't pretend to. It's that easy 🤷
