super impressive build. I think it would look much better with a new, less accurate, paint job but the design is stunning! I would also suggest removing game sound and adding some background non copyright music :)
Everybody can chose the colors they like, thats a plus side of this rather janky builder, i simply wanted to go for an more accurate look. Regarding the music, i wanted to keep this video as simple as possible for a Nexus-upload. So i didnt really bother with any editing at all. But you're right, some background license-free music would've been good. Just put on spotify in the background ; -)

Ive maxed out the Ship Design skill but i cant build beyond 40 odd meters of lenght..

It's on PC. I just use a gamepad on steam, that's why there are Xbox icons.

You need a mod like for example the unlimited ship builder mod to increase the maximum size of ships you can build.
Closest version to that on xbox is ship building tweaks by Evansy. Should remove size limitations
