I miss out on the pre-order and that pudding bonus got me confused because i cant find any reseller has that version, was the pudding came inside or outside the package box?

It’s usually only for official goodsmile online shop orders and it’ll say it comes with it. (Check the official page for example).
Any other vendors that have it will usually sell it for a markup because they have to order it from GSC online as well.
