Which book of Popper deals most directly with this theorem ?
I'm not aware of it being in any of Popper's books, though it might be in one of David Miller's. The theorem was published in a paper, which when I last tried to read it, was fairly incomprehensible to me.
One of the appendices to "The world of Parminides" deals with this theorem.
Content is inversely proportional to *logical* probability.
What do you mean by this?
