Around 3.27 with types of Rhythm. Isn't there a mistake? ... are Graduated rhythm and Gradated rhythm mentioned as two different one, actually identical? ... please can someone clarify???

No difference. Keep in mind though that symmetrical balance can be either horizontal or vertical.
