Hey hun, the Minnie Mouse shirt/pants is still holding up well; 6 washes so far. The Mickey Mouse (6 washes), the Mickey on the right leg lifted, so because it’s just that particular image; I may not have pressed it long enough. However, I covered and pressed the image again and it was perfect.
Also the acrylic paint still looks good, but based on my other outfits I made the fabric paint will hold up much better

Turned out great. I might have missed it but did you need to put anything over the iron on designs for better wear? How did they hold up in the washing machine?? Awesome work

Do you use any type of sealer or finisher?
No ma’am, during the wash process is when I pay extra attention to follow directions to make sure the outfits last. My kids actually wore their outfits 1/2 times monthly until they outgrew everything within 6 months 😔. But out of all the printable vinyl I have used, Neenah has done the best.

Just the regular printer ink and I use a Silhouette Cameo 3

Yes your inkjet printer that you print docs, can be used for print & cuts.

@@ThaRealkarmak oh wow…I definitely would use a cutting machine. Those letters would be difficult to manually cut around. I know I would have chopped it up. Best wishes

Is this light or dark transfer? Is there different ways to weed for light/dark transfer iron on?
I use dark for both light and dark colored clothing. It shows up brighter. You do press them differently, lights you have to mirror. The heat press works best, but you can still iron it on.

Hi, I just designed in Design Studio and sent it via bluetooth to my silhouette with the printable vinyl option and my machine did the rest for me

Yes the machine cut out the images and all I did was pull off the vinyl around the images. If you do not have the machine; you can still cut out everything by hand

Hey Yes you can. The printable vinyl usually have directions for using the iron as well. The heat press is just the preferred method

Yes you can use a household iron, but the quality will not be as good.. The heat press machine can be found on Amazon for less than $200. We definitely want all around even pressure. You will find that the heat press will help your vinyls to adhere to materials better and it’s just quicker and easier.

Can I use a mini electric iron?
@@L.Monique a heat press or easy press would be best. You want to make sure that you’re getting the correct pressure and temp for it to adhere properly. It’s not a foreign idea though; some people do use a regular household iron. It’s all about preference. The printable vinyl I used that’s listed in the description; includes directions if you decide to use a iron.

What kind of printer you use?
Any inkjet printer will work, but I use the HP Officejet 5255 (this is not a sublimation printer).
