- In this video, we embark on a captivating journey through the stunning Pueblos Blancos of Andalusia, exploring the charming white-washed towns nestled in the provinces of Málaga and Cádiz.
These picturesque villages, known for their traditional architecture and stunning landscapes, offer a glimpse into the heart of southern Spain.
Our journey begins in Frigiliana, a beautifully preserved town with narrow streets and scenic views. We then head to Mijas, famous for its whitewashed buildings and Mediterranean charm. Benahavís offers a mix of rustic beauty and gourmet dining, while Ronda stands out with its dramatic cliffs and iconic Puente Nuevo bridge.
Next, we explore Casares, a peaceful village with a unique, steep hillside setting, and Gaucín, perched high above the Genal Valley. Genalguacil offers a quaint artistic atmosphere, and Setenil de las Bodegas is known for its homes built into the rock formations.
As we continue, we visit Olvera, home to a majestic hilltop castle, and Grazalema, surrounded by natural beauty and famous for its lush green landscapes. Arcos de la Frontera, with its imposing cliffs, takes us into the heart of Andalusian history, while Medina Sidonia offers an ancient feel with stunning views over the surrounding countryside.
We then explore Vejer de la Frontera, a stunning town that rises above the Andalusian plains, Conil de la Frontera, known for its sandy beaches and vibrant atmosphere, and finally Castellar de la Frontera, a charming village steeped in history and surrounded by nature.
