Very nice! Thanks for the nice tutorial! One recommendation: it’d be nice if you included the cloneables for the things you make here so we can play around with them and get hands on with what you showed in the video faster
Great job! Am enjoying and learning a lot from all your videos. Would love to see a video showing how to link chart.js charts to Airtable to build more informative charts linked to larger data sets - rather than just pulling one value point from the CMS collection fields. Is it possible to add data filters and date range selectors using chart.js?
If you want to add more than one chart to the same webpage, make sure to add additional embed elements but update the code (rename chart id in the code as needed and resize as needed). For example, if you want to have four separate charts add embed element and rename bar-chart 1, bar-chart 2, bar-chart 3 and bar-chart 4... --------------second embed element would start like like this---------------------- // Bar chart new Chart(document.getElementById("bar-chart-2"), { --------------third embed element would start like like this-------------------------- // Bar chart new Chart(document.getElementById("bar-chart-3"), {
Hi, thanks for the quality content ! Is there a way to have the chart automatically updated when you update data, without having to publish the website again ?
Absolutely! You'd want to set up an automation from Google Sheets to Webflow to pull that data into your CMS collection. I'd either use Zapier or Make.com to do so. Then you can follow the rest of the steps in the video!
Somebody give this man a beer.
Thanks for the tip, Alex
Perfect content! Helped me a lot! Thanks for sharing

Is there a way to update the chart automatically when the data is updated without refreshing the page?
Anyway to do so without using their cms?
can you link the chart to data in a google sheet?

good video but plz lose the background music. It only creates unnecessary noise.
