- I was commissioned to completely transform this dresser with one request from the customer, “paint it white” luckily for me and my viewers, i was able to convince them to let me choose a different color. I hope everyone enjoys the process and learns a little along the way.

I like your thinking about the project. It’s true that you modernize it but I wished you would have stayed with the integrity of the piece. I liked the little details of this dresser that you removed including the drawer pulls.

Todo mueble de madera DEBE mostrar la belleza de su grano. En lugar de talar árboles para obtener madrea y después pintarla, sería más práctico hacer muebles de plástico blanco para que cada cual lo colorée como un libro de pintura para niños. 🤦🏻
While I don’t disagree with you, sometimes a piece needs to be taken in a different direction from its original form in order to appeal to someone who wants to keep it. Rather paint then trash it.
@@CedarPineDesigns I agree with U too. Sometimes a furniture needs a little 'twist' and it's ok, but I love too much (I enjoy like a psycho, actually) look at a piece of wood showing their 'veins' under a light coat of beeswax letting my eyes wander over each single datail. But it's justa a personal point of view. The cheap wood or the veniers (is that the word for the spanish "enchapado"?) may need a coat of paint. The solid wood needs only love and respect. Nice work (really) and my excuses about my english 'cause I was my own teacher on this languaje. Greetins from Tucumán, Argentina.🇦🇷
