I feel like this and max Payne 3 were the last real gruesome realistic shooters and yeah I understand people gonna talk about game mechanics but these also are very old games

Absolutely agreed, Max Payne 3 and Kane & Lynch 2 are some of my favourite games, even if the latter one had it's flaws.
