God damn, this game scared me when I was a kid. The title music combined with big black hieroglyphs scared the living shit out of 4-year old me. And that bulging eyes when player dies was just haunting. Damn.
Total nostalgia. But as a kid, i can only pull through to the 4th stage because I'm not even that skilled at that age lol. Strangely, those black ninjas appear in early stage in my gameplay. Maybe mine was modded. And like someone said before, I thought this game is somewhat creepy as a kid because of the background music and that score screen.
My aunt passed last week and I was looking for this game's name cause she used to play it with me and my sister when we were kids, she basically raised us as our mother so it's one of many good memories I have from her Thanks for the upload mate
Played this first time sometime in latesummer 99, the casette was a ”1000 in 1” were i always no matther what i choosed it took me to last stage 😅, good memories and sweet 90s ❤
This game was released early into the Famicom's lifespan, when developers still hadn't quite gotten the grasp of the hardware's sound capabilities yet.
I just remembered like hey ive seen this things before,, and holy fuck i recon its in my very very early age as kid to have borrowed friend Gameboy or Whatever to play these
Please play the SNES/PS version(I forgot which one it's on already). There is a stage where the lava rises up and the ninjas have to find a way up in the cave maze.
I can't believe this, they made an hard game with a really horrible music, they also made sequel to this game (which is also hard) with a really Catchy music, Jaleco wtf?
It goes like this: Ninja-Kun Majou no Bouken (this) = Developer: TOSE or Micronics (music definitely sounds like it) Game Rating: Kusoge Ninja-Kun Ashura no Shou (sequel) = Developer: Micronics (i really did think it was TOSE's good side...i was wrong) Game Rating: For the developer given, it's really good. On it's own it's a great game and the music IS rockin'. Jaleco developed other Ninja-Kun games, they thought "damn, this'll make money" so they bought the rights of the franchise of UPL.
Damn bro, I have been searching this game for weeks and couldnt find the right title. Thanks for showing me the right one.

This game came out 1985, which is the same year Super Mario Bros (or any launch titles) except those games have better music than this
This game was released early into the Famicom's lifespan, when developers still hadn't quite gotten the grasp of the hardware's sound capabilities yet.
Game since the Pharaohs era ❤
Except scene 1, starting background I guess is Osaka.

Aunque me gusta el Ninja Kun: Ashura no shou (ninja kid 2)
I can't complete 5 th one 😢 how many levels are there
1:13 - Ese bicho que está arriba de todo en el Nivel 2, y que yo llamaba "El Pato" (no sé porqué) ahora me doy cuenta de que es un DARUMA japonés!

Please play the SNES/PS version(I forgot which one it's on already). There is a stage where the lava rises up and the ninjas have to find a way up in the cave maze.
Its so hard for me to get past scene 8

Expert play. I like the music n way to kill enemies however, we cant upgrade our weapon like they does

Was this an only famicom release?
Yes
@@Thewolfguys.cartoons2000 Well it's based on the arcade game Ninja Kun: Majou no Bouken, though there's quite a few differences.
@@hurricanemixer let me guess: great control, great music, and great quality?
I got this on Famiclone built-in cart.

Yes, it was originally released for arcades.
