Oh.... Didn't expect you have yet to react to this song. This Zhou Shen's song was released about 60 weeks ago. Both the composer and lyricist are very popular in China. Together, with singer Zhou Shen, this is a perfect combination. This song is so touching that, ZS was not able to control his emotion towards the end and almost broke down.
The song has garnered 11 weeks of Top 1 in one of the most reputable Song Chart in China. and is still sitting within Top 10 of the Chart since Day 1. Currently it is at Position 4.
ZS also performed this song in the Lunar New Year's Festive Show in the National TV Channel in the begining of this year.

A very meaningful song to Zhou Shen. It's written by his old friend who wrote Big Fish, Zhou Shen's 1st famous song, and there's a session with notes aligned backward as in Big Fish notes! The 1st version Zhou Shen dressed in all white was released on a Teacher's Day and Mid-Autumn Festival last year. He memorizes his music teacher in Ukraine passed away before he got a chance to feedback his teaching. Obviously Zhou Shen's face can tell he's cried in his rehearsal and he almost broke out in the last few days. This song means a lot to him and is so beautiful that it deserves its much honour! Zhou Shen's also sooo sincere and great that he deserves our great appreciation as well. Thx again Mr D❤❤❤

Maybe because he was far from home, that’s why he decided to follow his dream? (He studied in Ukraine, thousands of kilometers from China). Started as a dentist, ended as a singer 😂
