AQueensWorld ....the best advice that I've heard is to walk from heel to toe (even though I've never walked in heels except for 2 inch wedges)....I've seen a couple of videos and they all said "heel to toe" because if you walk in any other way you would loose your balance and fall over.......you could practice this in shorter heels first too......if you want ^_^
