+Magical Life Of Fruit Great video. Just found your channel. Could it be they have you focus on the drier fruits like bananas dates etc because they slow detox and healing? Regarding healing from celiac, bladder issues etc check out Dr Robert Morse's video on tissue regeneration and Vegan Rising's video on juice fasting. Might sound outrageous or crazy but Dr Morse shows how to regrow limbs and organs using fruit and targeted herbs (juicy fruits NOT drier fruits).

As far as what i eat, i eat high raw, i've been vegan 9 years, fruiterian for 2 years, i eat 80-90% raw, mostly fruit, but considering its expensive, if i dont have access to any fruit i'll eat cooked. i stay away from oil if i can help it, if i'm out and cant avoid it i'll ask for light sodium light oil.

To each his own but Definitely will not eat a carnivore diet. Eating too much protein is taxing on the kidneys and can lead to kidney failure and dialysis. No wonder there are so many dialysis clinics.
Many people try raw vegan and do not know how to balance the food groups. Eat the rainbow. Over eating any one particular food is not good for the body. Sometimes people have hidden health conditions and go on these diets and wonder why their body do not respond well. Many other reasons of course…
I respond better eating both raw and cooked vegan foods

    • @shreddersconnect

Animal protein is taxing on the body, but plant protein is beneficial.
Yes, it is actually quite difficult to get all of your nutrients on a raw diet. Some nutrients are in abundance and other nutrients are lacking.
Yes I also respond better to both raw and cooked vegan foods.

I think we all need to figure out what foods work for us and we're all different. I feel best doing a combination of raw and cooked whole foods with very limited oil, sugar and no gluten. Maybe you could share what you are eating and how you make it.

Yes very true. We are all different and tolerate food differently. I eat very similar to you, a combination of raw and cooked whole foods, a small amount of oil, I don't use refined sugar in my house, only occasional treat out of the house. No gluten. Yes, I've been busy making recipe videos and going to be sharing one a week. Just published one on the spice blends I've been making. I needed to start from scratch as my recipes all contain my spice blends so had to publish that one first.

You’re obviously free to eat whatever you want but we’re actually not all different on a biological level. Our species specific diet is the same for all of us, just as with every other species on the planet. We are designed for fresh fruits and vegetables. Just like our closest neighbors in nature. I know it’s an inconvenient truth, but it’s the cooking that got the human race in trouble. It alters the food in many harmful ways which nature never intended, and in turn it alters us. Do what you want with that knowledge, disagree if you want, but try it both ways and you’ll find it ultimately true. Read 80/10/10 or watch some John Rose videos if you want to know more.

I'm vegan for the animals. I love fruit and vegetables, green leafy greens. I easily eat those 2,5-3 kgs a day because I like to eat smoothies, juicing. But I also love legumes, beans, tofu as well and those are as important part of my "diet." Some grains daily, potatoes, sweet potatoes, nuts and seeds.

When we have moments of purity those are the times to heal the body deeply, but we can strike some balance and not put a label on are dietary habits. Personally, I consider myself a health-conscious person who predominantly eats fruits and vegetables in its raw state but doesn't shun the idea of having mildly unhealthy guilty pleasures time to time and we can always jump back into deeper detoxification when needed. It is best to find a balance that works with your current lifestyle and whatever makes you happy! I'll continue to eat health-conscious and have a plethora of medicinal herbs and superfoods in my day-to-day routine but I've slowed down the super restrictive approach to that lifestyle. Keep up the good work!!! 💪🙌

Great question thank you. I will do that in the future. To sum it up, the reason why I've stayed vegan is because I spent most of my life a vegetarian as the thought of eating the flesh of something that was once alive makes me feel sick. Avoiding dairy was easy as I'm intolerant to it, but since I learned about the disgusting things surrounding dairy and also eggs, I am also revolted by the thought of eating those too. I don't think that will ever change.

I've tried raw and cooked vegan many years ago and it nearly killed me. I had a severe staph infection and after around 4-5 months of barely keeping this horror show (dealing with sepsis) at bay with the use of plant medicines and the help of a naturopath, I suddenly experienced the most dire craving for beef. The feeling of urgency was that of life or death. I knew, that if I don't eat some meat, particularly beef, within the next day or so, that I'm going to die. I drove myself to a health food co-op that was 30+ miles away, in terrible pain, saw that they had a thinly sliced local grassfed beef dish in the hot deli bar, ordered a container worth and started eating it outside and within seconds I felt so invigorated. Went to the butcher shop the next day and got local oxtails to make a bone broth and bought some kind of organic butter and a carton of eggs and salmon. From that point on, the infection was done for, my open wounds stopped weeping within days and started closing. All my wounds closed up in a month or so. I tried so many plant based medicines and ate beautiful veggies mostly from my garden, lots of unrefined coconut oil, avocados, beets, papaya, lettuce, kale, swiss chard, sweet potatoes, etc. and none of it could do what meat (mainly beef, salmon, eggs, butter is what I ate)and healthy animal fats did to nutritionally aid my body in ridding that infection. Please.. if you ever get cravings for certain animal products, do not ignore it! Your body is telling you that you need it. Please look in to how important cholesterol is for hormone production and hundreds of other functions in the human body. This just cannot be replaced by plants. B12 and Vitamin K2 is only found in animal products and these are vital for us. I unfortunately went back to eating a SAD (Standard American Diet) of meat with vegetables and rice or potatoes and such and even though I'd always try to get organic, I still wasn't feeling well all the time and this went on for many years. I tried Keto diet for a couple years and felt better but still not well in many ways and still felt like I'm slowly dying and a lot of concern for my heart since I had developed severe heart palpitations. I've been on "Carnivore diet" or animal based diet for two months now and I feel better than I ever have before when it comes to what I eat. My heart palpitations are gone. My energy levels are amazing. My teeth aren't as loose and bite strength is much greater, gums don't bleed anymore. Chronic skin problems immediately went into remission. And more.. There are thousands of people, including many now ex-vegans, that have switched over to eating only animal products and it has literally brought many of them back from deaths door. Unfortunately most won't try something radically different or question if maybe it's their diet making them ill, until they're extremely desperate/sick.. You can find many interviews here on youtube of these 10, 20, 30+ year long (ex)vegans incredible healing experiences after eating only animal based products. There are also many people healing severe chronic health conditions with this diet, including the one you have, celiac. I couldn't have imagined the amazing results I've had so far and it's only been two months. Please, if you haven't looked into carnivore diet yet, I really can't stress enough to give it an honest look into. Dr. Anthony Chaffee and Sally K Norton are two brilliant people to check out to begin with, they're on UA-cam as well.. I wish you the best of health 🙂🌺
