We have noted that in this video we have made a mistake in calling green a primary colour. As kindly pointed out by some of our viewers, the primary colours are red, blue and yellow. Thanks again for everyone's kind comments and subscriptions. Happy filming!
Another amazing video by Spiel Creative with easy to execute tricks to use green screen efficiently. Your video and a blog by StreamingVideoProvider clarified the whole scenario and I will be able to utilize green screen more efficiently after watching your video.
Thank you. The only thing missing is how much this stuff is going to cost. When you got to lighting thats all I could think about. "This is gonna cost a small fortune."
I’m a total newbie and idiot with this stuff. Trying to learn a little bit about everything at the same time before making some final purchases. I’ve decided on using Filmora X as my post application because it seems easier to learn, but I haven’t really played with it or bought it yet. Just have the demo installed. Here’s my question: I expect to be keying in jungle and forest scenes 90% of the time, which are obviously heavy on the green. If I don’t care about winning any Oscars for cinematography but want good quality, should I definitely be looking to buy a blue screen instead? And do you know if Filmora does blue, or only green, in Chroma key?
Hi Ira. Well done for taking the steps to start your journey! Keep moving forward and don't give up. Soon everything will start to come together. Seeing the rewards of your hard work will give you further motivation and make your learning more enjoyable!
Depending on how creased or dark the blanket is. Generally, you want something as bright and straight as possible. The more crinkles, the harder to edit.
Where to go to get different type of backgrounds? I'm a school teacher and would like students to have famous landmarks in the background, acting as if they are actually on vacation at a certain place across the globe.
Very informative but you made a big mistake when you said that green is a primary color. Well I think it is a big mistake anyway. The primaries are red, blue and yellow. Green is a combo of yellow and blue. Otherwise thanks for the video. It is very informative.

Hello May I ask what lighting and camera you use for this video?
Nice video
Thanks Episode 10. Really appreciate your feedback
Thx but green is not a primary colour it’s a secondary colour and if you said secondary colour I didn’t hear you but thx this helps a lot ❤❤
Is a green screen like a green blanket
Can we also we green paper or poster?
Yep! As long as it's well lit and can be distinguished from the subject
what is the song name for the intro
What is the editing software called?
Most Video editing software will be able to use chromakey. We use Premier Pro, but you can use your preferred software.
CapCut is pretty good
the primary colors are yellow red and blue
Back to school for us 😂
Blanket same as green screens
I have a question is there a way to keep things that are green in the foreground when using green screen?
Probably just use something that has green in it? Idk
Sorry I didn’t realize what you meant
Green is not a primary colour
Salut
You can use this on a app

Hopefully this team is doing well.
