The 90s early 2000s was literally the best era for soft rock/alternative music. It’s no wonder why it’s so nostalgic for people. Nowadays mainstream radio seldom plays this genre. But the Pink Floyd and Vote for Pedro make this even more nostalgic for time
@@tomcarson985 That didn't stop at 2003. It carried through the late 2000s and even early into the 2010s. This song here only released in late 2004 and really gained traction in, and through 2005.

@@joejoedancer we as kids and teens were such little softies and thought we had big problems and a tough life 😂 Boy oh boy! Didn't we know school days were the best and weren't nothing compared to being 21+ with jobs and what not... :'(
We didn't realize, we were young and so cute as kids under 18. I miss those days. I miss being the cute boy. Miss going to family parties and being called handsome and what not. I still get it sometimes, but I feel like it's not as genuine as when I was a kid. We were liked by eveyone, I mean, I still do, I'm a great guy, but as kids everyone still loved you more. Wish I could stay as a 9-15 year old :(

Around 1996 through about 2003 was the most diverse period of time for music. When I say diverse I am talking about music genres.
@@tomcarson985 yeahhh but nowadays you get more rap/hip hop compared to alternative music at least mainstream wise

His voice kinda reminds me of Brett Scallions of Fuel when I first heard this song I honestly thought it was fuel haha.
Wow it does sound similar haha I didn’t even realize that until now.
Fuel Rocks! I saw them at music midtown in Atlanta in 2004.
Who else came here from Ryan’s Cameos unplugged performance??
Before Ed Sheeran we had this guy
Ed Sheeran is soulless compared to this.
