- In this video i described about the section 340 of code of criminal procedure.CRPC 340 is related to deal with false civil and Criminal case,false & and fabricated documents & false claims in court.CRPC 340 application is related to the offences mentioned in CRPC 195. Basically Offences of IPC 172 to 188,IPC 193 to 196, 199, 200, 205, 209,211,463,471 etc are covered in CRPC 340 read with CRPC 195.

If anyone has failed a false court case under section 420,406 against me and he has no documentary evidence and he has only few manual oral fake witness, on the other hand if I have documentary evidence to prove myself to be innocent and acquittal and.. in this situation I can apply 340 in the middle of the trial.🙏
But I want to punish the persons who gave false witness against me for a false court case.
I know about 191 to 195 and others IPC for fighting against the false witness.

Sir Kabhi time mile to crpc 340 ki application Ka formate pdf form me send ker dijiyega.
My wife had filed , false Affidavits for HMA section 9,CrPC 125 &IPC( 498+34)
InCrPC 125 &HMA-9 she could not prove the charges she had alleged..
In x-exam she confessed that she had alleged falsely on the say of her father and the advocate.
Now the family court Nasik says that no CrPC cases can be taken in family court Nasik.
Should I go to High court Mumbai to quash my 498A+34 cases, which she has filed against me, my parents, my brother and his wife.

मैंने crpc 125 का जवाब देने से पूर्व ही मजबूत दस्तावेजी सबूत होने व लडकी कभी भी ससुराल नही आने के कारण जबकि वह ससुराल में रहना बता रही है के आधार पर 340 फाईल कर दिया जिसे मजिस्ट्रेट व जज ने भी खारिज कर दिया!
अब High court जाए या 125 में बहस करें!

जो केश चल रहा हो उसमें तारीख के दिन पेशकार को दीजिये उसके बाद जज खुद आर्डर करेगा सुनवाई के बाद केस रजिस्टर के लिए .और आप नया केस भी फ़ाइल कर सकते हैं पर आपको यह केस उसी कोर्ट में करना होगा जिस कोर्ट में अपराध हुआ है .

श्री दुधनी जी सही कह रहे हैं। पति और पति का पूरा परिवार निर्दोष होते हुए भी न्यायालय नहीं सुनता झूठे आरोप के आधार पर पत्नी को फायदा पहुंचाया जाता है। झूठे केस में भी निर्दोष सीधे सच्चे पति को जेल भेजने की धमकी न्यायालय देते हैं । झूठे केस में पत्नी को मेंटेनेंस के रुपए दबाव पूर्वक दिलवाये जाते हैं।धारा सीआरपीसी 91, और 195 तथा 340 के आवेदन को देखते भी नहीं है एडवोकेट या पति के द्वारा कोर्ट में निवेदन करो तो जज साहब कहते हैं कैस का फैसला होने के बाद डिसाइड 11:26 करेंगे पति पक्ष की बिल्कुल नहीं सुनते अपने मनमर्जी की करते हैं ।

Sir .when relief if pujari it self on public documents in self name .application pending since last one year and case rulling since 2010 amended also .why not adj not taken any sumo motive .inspite allow plantiff 2 witness in 2018 thier after plantiff revised witness from 2 to 5 and and out of three two are family members and one owner of shop .its a lakuna fitting and delay practise of plantiff fake case inspite judge fine rs 2000/ such mail practice in proceeding raise question .where plantiff in his cross examine hostile many time .any how another great draw back is next hearing date in between 5/6 months .i am not law person all record and plantiff averments know sealeded the case can be decided only in 1.5 hour .that save lot of money to govt system as well as to defendant and plantiff shall be behind bar .it is judges who always in very hurry in morning hours that hamper pressure on them see file in few minute when turn after a period of 6 months .cleaver advocate who are master mind to prepare fake w s and other pleadings always and every time give cleaver statements to mise guide the judges who silently listening the statement where judge know it in other way it mean to wait for further various pleading till case decided where case can be dismissed on finding fake documents .classic statement and interlocking application with out any cause .thier are hundreds of reasons of cases where system handling judges are responsible .thier is no law any third party to prereview civil cases which are more then 15 passed inspite our S C direction that never seen by our lower court .in comming time thier a great discretion develop due to old and new change then what govt do GOD know .

If my divorce petition wife file maintenance application to increase maintenance which was also get from D.V. application & as per asking about income affidavit if wife file false affadavit about suppres material fact in divorce case & in cross I shown her salary bank account fistly she deny & than accept the same. Also said no bank account on affidavit & I shown her another bank account which was she deposit her maintenance cheque . I asking her in production of documents application trough About 5 years bank statement she replied on affidavit that I have not any bank account & after next date she apologized & said I have one bank account but due to not use I not remember the same & she file 4 months Xerox of the said bank account . In cross I confronted her another 2 bank account which was she hide from court. All this things can come in to under CRPC 340 ??? Becouse judge conclude that she did not suppress material fact . Also my devorce petition dismissed without bothering my argument & real fact which I argue in final argument. Please inform me that all this things can come under CRPC 340 ?????
As per your explanation these contradictions comes under perjury but denial or accept of perjury application is totally depend on how your advocate represent your application in front of court.
