- In this video, I go over tips on how to decorate your island for each season! And, of course, show off some designs I did for the Fall update.

I don’t know how I never noticed the way your character constantly kicks his lil feets behind you desk in the intros. Now I can’t unsee, it’s the cutest thing ever, and I can’t stop looking it.
The terracotta paths actually look okay in the winter. I'm in the Southern Hemisphere and they worked quite well. Lifted the island's colour a little because it is so snow covered.
I love how organised your designs are though... mine are a mess.

I see the bonfire area has also gotten a bit of an upgrade. I recall you disliking how bare it looked.
The stone path looks nice. It's a darker color, so it's a contrast to the other lighter colors around.
PS: Nintendo! What's up? Make it so that custom paths make SOME sound when you step on them.

I downloaded a fall dirt path a couple of weeks ago and then spent hours adding it all over the place. Then last week, I decided it wasn't dark enough (sigh) so I did exactly what you did. I went and uploaded a whole new path, overriding the old one and I didn't have to change a thing. It was wonderful and such a huge timesaver! I just spent some time adding terracotta paths around the island and I actually like it better than the darker grey paths. I think it's just a matter of personal taste though. Yours looks great, especially with the edging around all of it!

you're right about the grey working better in the winter. even the red bricks look awful with the snow, yellow won't be any better.

the islands looking good. I've been doing the same swapping out seasonal things on my island. gonna turn all the pumpkins around for fall decoration too. personally, I like the stone path better. grey seems to go with everything easier.

I switched my island from stone to teracotta a couple months ago because I felt like it made my island feel really depressing but now after thinking about what you said with the stone path and the seasons I'm regretting it 😭😭

do you have any tips regarding re-designing your island? I'm doing that right now and I'm having a really hard time... can't decide where I want to place the houses and stuff like that. as well as terraforming. your island is also my idol lol

I use the nintendo dark dirt path for my pathways as i want a more natural look and i dont have online, do you think that that path will work in the other seasons?
