Anyday Cookware was invented by Steph Chern,. David Chang endorses it, and I get the impression that he honestly likes and uses it. I only mention this correction because women inventors/inovators often don't get the credit they deserve.

I follow David Chang. I dont have the anyday cookware so i apply his recipes ro my microwave cookware.

i got these as a gift but I agree, that you can do the same with any microwave cookware and utilize those recipes.
