- Walking in Bamyan I noticed Women are seen much more here than rest of Afghanistan and also most of the people here (Hazara Tribes) speak English fluently. Taliban is seen very rarely in the city and I was also told that Hazara tribes people are not liked much by Pathans or Pashtuns.

Hazara are Shia community. Just go few steps across the border to Iran and you will see the difference... Iranian females are almost like European / Turkish and very modern. Afghanistan is very backward not because of Taliban, but because Afghani people don't want to progress and prefer Taliban to oppress them. If they wanted free country, they would have fought back as brave people. But they clearly preferred Pakistani Taliban to rule on them. Nobody can help if they want to be oppressed.
Talibans are cruel fanatics and are a scar on humanity.
