Mi madre tenía poco de haber muerto, sonaba en el radio está pieza musical en la mañana, desperté con llanto incontenible en el segundo movimiento, es melancólica y hermosa...
All my life I remembered only “Kohaut” when trying to find this concerto which blew my mind when I was a kid. Not until I found it here was I ever able to find him. Thank you for this recording. And the Julian Bream one. ❤️
I had the same experience. My dad would play this over and over in the minivan as we traveled through misty mountains and villa like settings in the North east of Mexico and the music was etched in my head long after we had lost that tape and I wondered if I would ever find it again. Truely one of my favorite concertos. So underrated and unknown.
Karl Ignaz Augustin KOHAUT 1726 - 1784 an Austrian lutenist and composer of Czech descent. ... pursued a dual career as a diplomat and musician. Kohaut wrote seven lute concertos The concerto in F major is probably most well known
Why aren't there people who can paint like that nowadays? Although having said that, there's a young lad from Norfolk who's a very good painter. He's got potential. Lovely music by the way. Rich, gorgeous textures being created by the instruments. Thank you for the upload
Life long favorite piece of music💖
Das ist ja eine tolle Entdeckung! Auch die anderen Beiträge sind sehr gut! Vielen Dank!

I don't think people can't anymore , but rather they don't want to do it 🤧
And I agree that music is very beautiful 💖
Excellent ! But the different, incredible version with Julian Bream recorded much earlier is as good !
