Hello, This is monaca.
At last our new dining table has arrived!
When we moved into this room, we couldn't find anything we liked.
I've been using the dining table on a temporary basis.
It took some twists and turns, but we finally found something we like.
With the new table, we also added art and plants
the living room has become even more cosy.
We'll be bringing you a glimpse of our new living room as we live it.
Please take a look until the end.

Arugula and octopus salad
Miso soup with clams

Boiled snapper
＜Recipe notes
2 slices of snapper
200ml water
200ml sake
2 tbsp light brown sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
1 piece of ginger
1) Bring water, sake and sugar to a boil, add the prepared snapper and simmer for 6 minutes.
(2) Remove the fish from the water, add soy sauce, mirin and ginger and cover with a drop-lid.
(3) Simmer for 6 minutes and it's done.

シャインマスカットの器は、晩ごはんで登場している陶器のゴブレットは古谷朱里さんの器です。信楽にあるNOTA shopというインテリアショップで購入しました。作家ものなので同じものが手に入らないかもしれません…
朝ごはんで使用したガラスプレートは奥平明子さんのものです。こちらも作家ものですが、こちらは定番のプレートなので、巡り会えるかもしれません♪
