Wife and I stayed at Old Key West next door in late September of 2020-had one of their huge one bedrooms. Nice to have a Kitchen and laundry room, and it's much like Port Orleans. Super peaceful at the end of a day of the parks.
I couldn’t agree more with the refillable cups should be in more than one location. They should definitely be at all the pools (and all pools should have at least one server for adult beverages and bar food). And one refillable center at every other resort building. It’s supposed to be about service not making money.
We completely agree! It would just be so much more convenient if there were more machines throughout the resorts especially since the benefit is only available at resorts - seems silly to have just ONE location for every resort especially considering the size of them!
@@themagicalmcdsPop Century has a set of drink machines near the bar at the Hippy Dippy Pool, AND, unlike the bar… it’s available 24 hrs a day. There is also a drinks machine at the Storm along Bay pool at Yacht & Beach Club, on the walkway to Epcot. So you don’t need to be using the pool to access that drinks machine. There is a drinks machine near the pool bar at Old Man Island pool… I just don’t know if it is available 24hrs a day. Guess I will find out after I arrive on Thursday night (or maybe early Friday morning) from Australia.
I stayed at Caribbean Beach last year and they have machines at every ice dispenser. I am very disappointed to hear that is not everywhere. It would have made me think again about where to stay, but coming in 10 days so too late now…..
The only rules we are aware of is that it costs $50 a night to have the dog in the room, only two dogs can stay and you need to have proof of recent vaccinations, if they ask for it. For, they have never asked for the paperwork.

We have Old Key West on our short list. I cannot wait to stay there!
That large grass area between the building next to yours is where the movies are shown. They put up the screen and people sit on the grass.
Ah, that makes sense! Thanks for the information. :)
The best moderate resort at WDW in my opinion
It’s a tough call for us. It’s either Riverside or Coronado Springs for us. Really depends on the mood we are in. 😊
Such a pretty hotel!
Probably one of our favorites!
Port Orleans Riverside, & French Quarter allow you to pool hop to use each other’s resort pools. You could have gone to the FQ pool.
You are right. We just decided to use the quiet pools instead. :)
10:45 A side to Tiana I never considered... 😁

@@themagicalmcds and I would love a beverage server. Golf cart and a tablet. They would make a mint in tips.
@@syerega No kidding! We would use it!

What’s their dog rule? I love that you have your dog and would love to bring mine.

Also, it’s only at Riverside, not French Quarter for your dog, unless it’s a service animal of course.
You can ask for a microwave
@@BarbaraAnne0731 we wish we would have had you with us when we stayed! Good to know! :)
