The DPF disable is for working around flammable sites , when it regens it makes alot of heat. Some work sites require equipment to have the regen disabled while in site
Run in disable for a long enough time and see how much it costs……. Best is to leave switch alone, had many of call outs to fix this when it’s switched off $$$$$
@@chevyja6264 oh I'm aware of what happens, had a isx 15 that the driver left the switch disabled for 3 days while on a mine site that required it to be off

Also a place I worked for had a mag drill and played a hilarious prank on a muscle bound kid. They would pick it and move it then throw the switch on and tell him to pick it up and he could not make it move 😂

We use the mag drills on steel poles for power lines, man the bits are useless as soon as you don’t use any cutting oil you literally have to drench the bit and they cut great

Can you please explain why you put it to grade then trench? I run heavy equipment and we finish the pads and streets to grade then under ground comes in after, I’ve never understood why make it so nice for it to be destroyed

I don’t know if you are going to read this… But when you weld, or grind near glass, always, always, always protect the glass with a heat blanket. The sparks, and slag can actually etch, and even embed in the glass. It might not be too noticeable at first, but once that stuff rusts, your glass will be junk!

Siding is for concrete forms, is easier than using 1x or masonite
Look into doing a 2wd plastic valance under the bumper. They look better and makes the truck look bigger

Used balls on forks for 30 plus years. Never had one break.
I’ve used a Milwaukee hole saw and cordless drill to drill forked.

the light bar and 2 pods on the sides angled out wouldve looked sweet
DPF disabled inhibits the regen cycles. The engine will only let you disable that for so long before the engine forces the regen cycle. When the DPF regens the exhaust gas is very hot and could cause problems if cycles in specific environments (like in a building).

You should make sure to use a surge protector on the battery. Those bobcat computers a quite expensive. Or Make sure to have a good ground and disconnect the battery.

You should mount some lights down low so you can see down by the tracks, maybe some of those little 1x2 inch LED lights they put under the rock sliders on trail rigs to keep the path lit.
I like the sporadic videos if it means more videos
