- While teaching on God's sovereignty, Paul answered question after question about election. But at this point, he moves past the heart of the "question" to the heart of the "questioner". While people may ask if God is unjust because He has mercy on whom he will, we must respond by saying "Who are you, oh man, to question God?"

This convicted every bone and blood vessel in my body! I really thought I reverenced God the way He should be reverenced! Now I realize I have lived a very careless life in His Sovereign presence! I a presumptuous, prideful, self centered, self exalting human and I do seek His forgiveness as I am typing! Forgive me Jesus, I am indeed unworthy to even think of you! Thank you for posting this sermon, it was difficult as I sat and listened , thinking and reflecting on how I view God! I will listen a couple more times with my note pad, so I can verify and go over what was presented. Pastor Voddie, I pray you continue to allow the Holy Spirit to use you and that you would continue to be unapologetically sticking to the word and not another persons opinions or views, just this says the Lord, stay the course for Christ.

I love Voddie but he needs to stop removing verses out of their proper contexts. God is the Father and Creator of all people. Therefore, He as the perfect God is of necessity required to love every single human and angel who has ever lived. That is logical and God is logical.

God is not obligated to be merciful
@Daniel-SlaveofJesusChrist Not quite. God is obligated to show mercy. If God is love by essence and by His nature, then His goal is to bring all people to Himself. Whether in this life or through hell, Jesus will win every soul because love never fails.
