no yeast so no rising but knead for 10-15 minutes until smooth and bounces back when you press it, let rest for approx. 30 min, then roll out i reccomend looking at some tutorials on rolling out into your favorite pasta shape. careful though bc with no eggs it can be loess stretchable and may fall apart easier and it can also be stickier
