179 Marlin Released in 6 Days-A Record Week for Tropic Star Lodge

Today, we say goodbye to the anglers who made history with us over the past week, with 179 marlin released in just six days, obliterating our previous record of 131 Marlin. It wasn’t just a week of fishing-it was a week that legends are made of.
From the efforts of seasoned captains to the persistence and skill of anglers aboard our fleet, every aspect of this achievement was extraordinary. We witnessed 33 marlin released in a single day, multiple Grand Slams (including solo, boat, and even a Super Grand Slam), and unforgettable moments etched into the stories of those we were privileged to host this week.
